The solution has an advanced technology, it fully meets the technical standards and specifications of construction of flash flood monitoring and warning system issued by Ministry of Water Resources . The software and hardware of this solution both been developed by us and have the proprietary intellectual property rights.

The solution was applied in flash flood monitor and warning system construction in Yongtai County, Fujian Province, which was accepted by National Drought and Flood Control Office in 2007. Since 2009, this solution has been successfully applied in more than 50 projects in Heilongjiang, Qinghai, Guizhou, Guangxi, Hebei, Chongqin, Yunnan, Anhui, Shanxi, Beijing and in post-disaster reconstruction of Sichuan and Longnan of Gansu as well as the following similar projects all over the country.
