Major Institutional Owners Near 25% Ownership of Tri-Tech Holding
Beijing, China – April 19, 2011 – Tri-Tech Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: TRIT), a premier Chinese company that provides leading turn-key solutions in China for water resources, water and wastewater treatment, industrial safety and the pollution control markets, said today that large institutional ownership of the company’s stock has reached nearly 25%.
The company noted that public filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission disclose that institutional shareholders own, in the aggregate, 23.69% of Tri-Tech’s outstanding shares, exclusive of any institutional shareholders that are not required to disclose ownership.
