Tri-Tech Holding To Hold Annual Meeting of Shareholders on November 19, 2010
Beijing, China – October 22, 2010 – Tri-Tech Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: TRIT), a premier Chinese company that provides leading turn-key solutions in China for water resources, water and wastewater treatment, industrial safety and the pollution control markets, announced today that its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on November 19, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The meeting is being held electronically via webcast.
At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, the following proposals will be submitted for shareholder approval, as fully described in the Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 22, 2010.
1. Election of six directors to the Board of Directors of the company;
2. Ratify the appointment of Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010; and
3. Transact any other business properly coming before the Annual Meeting.
